Skk product tab i bought is a piece of shit.iam a foreiner bought it in manila took it out of the country to finfd the tab sk8+ dont open the screen swipe not working.i came back ro phill and took to the service centethose bstards ask me to pat 800 peso for touch screen and 300 peso for sim slot which was also defective on purchase and they are so naive to tell me physically damaged when the tab did not open at all such bastards and callous company i wish skk close down soon cheating

  8. so true! i hate skk i bought a tablet and wtf is that when im browsing it always hang and 1 ting i observed the sales crew are arrogant of taking costumer service. sinumpa ko na yn na SKK!!! i refrain from buying such a jerk products!!! SKK pls. get off to the Philippine mobile market. ur company is useless a waste of money to costumers.

  9. ang bagal ng skk nakabili ako ng quad core pero pota walang kwenta kada bukas ko ng app o browser lag agad nag frefreeze yung screen. wag kayo bibili ng kahit ano jan kahit quad core o mgka octa core payan kung pareho lng din yung gpu at cpu walang kwenta parin yan kasing bagal ng mga single core

  10. my mom has an skk mobile a21, palibhasa kuripot kaya gusto yung murang phone basta may magamit lang na pantawag at pantext. twice na yata to nangyari sa kanya na si di malamang dahilan nabubura yung mga phone contact nya na naka-save sa phone. the first time na nangyari yun pinalagpas nya, recently nangyari na naman. and laking perwisyo kaya nun. kaya kung bibili din lang kayo ng bagong gadget, dun sa kilalang brand.

  11. My phone was too slow SKK CHARM the internal storage was too small and that way when i clean up my internal it is back to normal again that cause of i uninstalled my applications ! I suppose to watch the video in youtube about how to fix internal storage then ill followed the steps i have inatalled the apss suggested the launcher the app killer one tap cleaner for the cache and clean master and so on first it will be work but i have to uninstall my apps again because the phone storage was denotes phone storage full uninstall the apps ! Hopefully SKK MOBILE will have an action for their products!!!

  12. I cannot agree more. This manufacturer should be banned, seems they are not even legit. Customer service sucks, they always refer you to a service center that would refer you to another one miles away from you. I will file a case against this company in NTC and DTI for selling a substandard quality product and for not abiding return/ replacement policy.

    • Sad to think that people are being mislead to buy these useless phones!
      SKK is one of the worst phone brands that ever came out of the Philippine market. I really hope that this company is shut down to end their false sense of advertising their products!

  13. Kakabili lang namin ng SKK A13 phone last year. Nakakainis kasi parang laging may sira, hindi gumagana, etc. Pinaayos na namin yung nasirang earphone port pero ngayon hindi na gumagana yung USB cable sa laptop tsaka sa mismong charger niya. Nakakabwiset kasi feeling ko sinasadya nila. Same old, same old tuwing tumatawag ako sa customer service nila for troubleshooting.

    “Idala niyo na lang po sa service center for repair.”

    Maayos naman kung hindi lang sana DALAWANG buwan ang inaabot ng service nila. Earphone port lang yung pinaayos namin. Tapos within 4-6 days pero First in, first out daw. Pero nung naayos na, tumabingi yung rear camera ko kaya hindi ko na siya nagagamit. Tsaka hindi naman pwedeng lagi kaming magpapaayos sa kanila.

    Worst Mobile service, products and company= SKK Philippines.

  15. BOUGHT A MINI CELL PHONE FROM CEBU CITY 2 WEEKS THIS JUNK FREEZES AGAIN AND AGAIN…THEY DESERVE THEIR ASSES KICKED BOTH THE MANUFACTURER AND THE SELLER.

  16. After I update thrle system of this SKK phone it did not turn on anymore. Went to the mall to have it fixed but the store personel told me to bring it to their service center and I did When I got there, I’ve listened to a phone conversation with an upset customer about their customer service and their service center staff.
    Customer: ang tagal na ng pinapaayos ko ah. sabi nyo wait for 2-3 weeks pero ngayon wala parin!!!
    Staff: Sir 2-3 weeks sabi sainyo diba? eh 2 weeks palang ngayon.
    Customer: may nareceive akong text from you SKK na it’s ready for pick up na. P****** ka nman! (cust. hung up)
    Staff: Epal kang customer ka ah sabi sayong 2-3 weeks di ka makaintindi, patatagalin ko ngayon to. Maghintay ka ng 2 months, bahala ka kung magalit ka.
    that’s all I’ve heard and after that I’ve submitted to them my phone for repair with a bit of hesittancy that same thing might happen to me like what happen to the cust. over the phone.
    They’ve asked me to wait for 2-3 hours to have my phone reprogrammed but as far as I know it only take minutes to do that.
    After 2 hrs. went back to their Serv.Center and Thank God it’s fixed.
    Annoyed of what happened, I posted a comment to their facebook page, and I received a sarcastic reply.
    “hi ________tama po minutes lang ang pag reprogram ng unit pero hindi lang naman po kasi ang unit nyo na nirerepair ng mga SC natin. Thank you🙂 – SKK Mobile Support”

    and to their other page there’s also a reply of ” you’re not the only customer, it’s because u have to wait for your turn for it to be fixed as 1st come 1st served policy”

    has a point but we’re customers and don’t deserve to be treated this way, we’re having problems with their product and we are the ones who has a right to get upset. Not them.
    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CRAPPY PRODUCTS!!!

    • Same here po. I have SKK Chronos Ace and 3 months na simula mumg binili ko. I did a lot to take care of the cellphone as much as possible, di finufull charge or ineemptied. Di ko pinapatagal uminit and all etc. One day I was just busy watching some episodes on internet and my phone suddenly froze. It had this color green pixels all over the screen and for about 30 secs kahit anong pindot ko ayaw nyang gumana, just stuck there. Tapos tinry kong i-hold yung power button but then ayaw parin. Then after a few secs, namatay nlang sya bigla. I tried to re-open it with the power button pero ayaw na nya ma-on. As far as I remember hindi sya lobat dahil nasa 30 percent pataas yun nung ginagamit ko. So i tried charging it, pero kahit yung white light na nakikita pag naagchacgarge ayaw nang magblink.

      I tried everything that I reasearched on the internet about the same problems on android phones, like tanggalin muna yung charger for several hours or hold the power button much longer while holding down or up button pero wala. As in dead sya. Kahit sana ireboot ko nalang, kaso ayaw gumana. Diko alam bat bigla nalang syang naging ganun. Wala na po ba ibang paraan para marn ito? Ayoko sana umabot sa pagpunta sa service center kasi alam kong matatagalan nnman. Nakakainis na tong SKK na to.

  17. hate much ang skk..kakabili ko lng ng phone wala pang isang linggo sira na..bilibalik ko ayw nmn palitan dhil my gasgas na dw..pwede bng walang khit konting gas gas un eh gingmit ko un..pwede nmn svhn na walang stock kya ayw nyo palitan ndi ung sasavhn na me gasgas..walang kwenta..badtrip lng.pati ung sales girl nya..actually ndi nyo nmn tinesting yung cp bago ibgay db dhil late na aq bumili at magsasara na kau..kng ndi ko lng nid ng cp nung arw na un ndi ko un bibilin..sayang pera.. ndi nmn pinupulot un para ipambili sa non sense na gamit..

    • yes…admittedly sad but true. nowadays 90% of all electronic gadgets and components are made in china. which leaves us to a choice less point of having to cont6end with chinese merchandises.

    • sad to say, I bought SKK spectrum tab last april 2015, and ngayon sirang sira, 3 months pa lang sya, ang sira lang is camera, nag block out nung i try ko ipayos sa service center pati usb port daw sira, and then iniwan ko at nag hintay for almonths 1 month, after 2 weeks may nag text skin galing skk head office na buong mother board ay sira, na windang ako, camera lang bglang buong mother board, and imagine pag pinaayos ko it cost 1,950 for motherboard, 300 for battery and 200 for labor, what the……………..

      Binalik ko para i pull out and then i check it bago ko ilabas ng service center, no power naman ang problem, nakaka init talaga ng ulo, iniwan ko ulit for almost 2 weeks at ngayon binalikan ko ulit ayon sira na talaga, sobrang nakaka asar talaga ang sarap nilang murahin. . . sayang ang pera.

  19. Un na ill ko quad core na 5.5 inches ang lag sa cox. Tapos wala pa 2mons Nasir’s na un camera biglang Lumabo. Model sky Lynx pro. Saying pera wag kau bi uli ni tong brand na ito

Sensya na sa bastos na lengguaje…pero nakakapikon pag nalala ko yung nangyari sa pheonix tab ko…pinaayos ng tropa ko sa robinsons novaliches…pinalitan ng firm ware gumana na…pero gayun pa man din…wag na sanang bumili ang mga tao ng POOOOTANG INANG SKK NA YAN…PATI YUNG CKK…iisa lang na company yan!!!

  22. SKK Mobile Philippines gadgets and products is the worst brand and quality. It’s my first time to buy last Thursday night (February 4, 2016). Yung basic phone na nasa halagang P399? or other phones, yung contact at messaging, hindi tugma. Meaning may magtetext sayo, may name at may nakasave naman sa SIM memory (Dual SIM), pagdating sa incoming call, number lang lumabas. WTF! Lalo na yung incoming messages mo habang nagtytype ka sa REPLY sa katext mo, napunta sa new incoming message, hindi mismo yung nirereplyan mo na katext mo. Na-Wrong Sent pa! Program Failure talaga ito!

    The BEST Pinoy phone brand ang myphone! 100% Filipino owned pa!

    • Oo masasabi ko sila na nga yata record holder for the worst mobile, at hindi pa maayos pakikitungo sa mga customers nila, I had these bad experience with them especially to their costumer service staff at SM North Edsa when I personally brought to them my Marian Tab hanep sa Tech. Spec at ang mahal mahal pa pinalagpas lang ako sa 1 year warranty nila at nagmamalfunction na ang touchscreen at ang mga service centers nila sa MOA na medyo malapit lang sana nagsara na pala, tumulak ako ng Binondo sa 999 mall at yon ang mga add nakalagay sa svc centers nila madatnn mo doon tindira lang at wala naman technician kaya ako napadpad sa SM North Edsa at doon naman ako tinuro baka nag-iisa nlang svc cnter nila yan at pilapila yong nagpapagawa at may priority nr pa and finally it’s my turn now, pagkasabi ko sa symptoms ng Tab ang advice kaagad sakin is magprepare ng P2,600 for the touch screen and it will take 3 weeks sabi ko ganun ka bilis ni hinawakan lang yong unit palit agad! ano yun,, scripted na, di naman sya ang technician at ganun naman katagal hintayin..sabi ko wala ba man lang economical repair or maintenance na gagawin kahit ipacheck na muna sa mismong technician nila baka may lumuwag lang or kulang sa linis just for consideration nman na pinakamahal pa yong unit yet di naman nasatisfied yong gamit..to make the story short pinaghintay ako ng 2hrs at ipacheck pa daw sa technician, pagbalik ko sabi yon daw talaga kailangang palitan na daw touch screen cge sabi ko babalik nalang ako pag ipagawa ko na sa pagkadismaya ko binuksan ko ang unit pagdating ng bahay kinalas ko mga ribbon connector isa-isa at pinag sprayhan ko ng kontact cleaner ang mga socket bahala na kung lalong masira and then binalik kong sinara tapos on ko abay nagreresponce na ang Touchscreen gumana na,, ang di ko lang masure legit technician pa kaya yong gumagawa doon? mukhang di naman na alam ang ginagawa nila!gastos lang sa mga kustumer basta cgurado ako sa susunod ayaw ko na ng bumili pa ng SKK brand na yan…….

  24. well aside from the bulok product that skk do have e di din pala malayo na yun customer service sa repair e super bulok tama nga ang kasabihan na same feather flock together…this customer service personnel sa may sm north edsa e walang sense of urgency…does not have the right to be a front liner pati yun kasamahan niya na when we come in e di pa nakapwesto to assist client…i thought at first janitress siya bcoz she was busy cleaning pero isa pala sa customer repair agent…when we come back to get yun pina repair namen nakabreak naman at di pa rin nag aassist….what kind of personnel is this????skk please look into it….and strongly would not recommend you if you will continue to have this kind of personnel….but your sales personnel is good to name a few of natitira pang maganda sa inyo..

  26. LIKE SERIOUSLY, I WISH I’VE READ THIS BEFORE I EVEN BOUGHT MY DINGDING IRON 2 FIVE MONTHS AGO. I KNEW IT TAKES LIKE A DAY OR TWO FOR IT TO BOOT ABOUT 2 WEEKS AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND IT HAD EPISODES OF DRAINING OFF AND BOOTING AGAIN IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I HAD BEEN FINE WITH THAT. UNTIL MORE PROBLEMS CAME UP. ONE IS THAT THERE WAS THIS ONE TIME WHEN IT BOOTED AFTER A WEEK OF BEING ASLEEP AND IT DIDNT DETECT THE SIM CARDS, IT THEN DETECTED AFTER ANOTHER WEEK OF BEING ON. THEN THE DRAINING OFF AND TAKING A FEW DAYS TO BOOT CONTINUED UNTIL IT SUDDENLY BOOTS OUT ALL OF A SUDDEN WHILE I AM IN A MIDDLE OF A PHONE ACTIVITY. THEN JUST A FEW MINUTES AGO, IT FROZE AND JUST GAVE ME A WHITE SCREEN WITH TINY LINES IN IT AND THE SCREEN JUST KEEPS ON BLINKING ONCE IN A WHILE AND I COULDNT EVEN TURN IT OFF UNTIL THIS MOMENT AS OF WRITING THIS. SUCH A WASTE THOUGH. IM NEVER EVER GOING TO BUY SKK PRODUCTS NOR ANY DING DING PHONE ANYMORE. EVER!

    SKK, PULL OUT ALL YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE PHILIPPINES. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

  28. deputa buti nakita q tong website bibili pa sana aqo ng skk this november ang kaso madami palang tong problema . sayang naman ang ganda naman yung mag specks nila. madali pala problema yan skk kahit facebook puru nlang problema. warningan natin sila mga. dapat band na yan . skk is full of junk…
